Perhaps your interested in establishing a web presence or breathing new life into an existing one. Maybe you're not sure where to start. Don't worry we're here to help!

1. First we will look at what you are requesting from us and based on that will draw up a contract detailing the work we'll do, what each party is responsible for and how and when the final product will be delived.  The contract will state all details of the work to be done. Included will be an estimate for the cost and time line for when the work will be invoiced and completed.  Generally 30% of the cost will be required upfront as a deposit for us to start work on the project.
2. Once both parties have agreed upon the contract we will work with you to secure a domain name that is in line with your business needs or one at your request if its available.  If you already have your own domain name then we can also use that.
3. We will discuss what the goals of your website are and what you should expect from it.  We will also provide our professional expertise to help make your website as successful as possible
4. From there we outline the design in iterative steps to ensure time isn't wasted building something that you don't want, after all the sooner your site is up and running the sooner you can start enjoying its returns.
5. Once we agree upon the completed site we will publish it and provide you with a custom tailored login portal that will allow you to make easy website edits using a state of the art website management tool.

If domain ownership is a concern for you its perfectly fine for you to retain ownership of a domain if you already have one.  However, in order to utilize our content management tools we will need to manage the website's hosting.  To do this we will need your domain host to point to our servers.  You will need to initiate this change for us to host your site.  If that sounds confusing don't worry we can walk you through those steps.  If you don't want to deal with the details of purchasing and maintaining a domain yourself we can take care of that for you as well.   We purchase our domains through godaddy.

Don't worry if you feel like managing a website may be over your head. Our state of art WYSIWYG site builder makes it easier than ever to maintain a website. Even if after trying out our site builder you feel that making edits on your own is something you'd rather not do, we will be happy to make edits to your website on your behalf at our standard hourly rate.

If you decide to host your site elsewhere we will provide you a copy of all of the raw html files so that you can move them to your new website host.   However we cannot guarantee that all the links and/or images will be working correctly as some of them might have been referencing relative links on our server but you will have all of the raw files and data.   It will be up to you and your new hosting service to resolve these issues.

Accidents do happen, however as apart of setting up your website for you we'll also give you a free consultation on how to utilize the website building tool.   We'll make sure you know the ropes and feel comfortable adding, deleting and updating content on your site.   Our goal is to empower you by giving you a website presence that you have control over.

Billing for recurring services happens at the beginning of the month in which payment is due.  We send out invoices for those bills two to four weeks in advance.  This helps ensure you have time to review it and make changes to any of your services in the coming month.   For one time work, such as building a new website or redesigning an existing site, the exact dates of what is invoiced on what dates will be laid out in the signed contract agreement between yourself and McEachron WDS.  As for payments we utilize Wave accounting, a reputable cloud-based accounting software, that lets us send invoices directly to you through email. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

We like to keep things simple espcially knowing how difficult it can be to budget out projects. For that reason we quote work based on estimates of the number of billable hours it'll take to complete a job. Small sites with less javascript features in turn cost less because they take less time to build while larger more complex sites can have a higher price tag. Whatever the size of the job, once we understand what you are looking to have built, we strive to give you an accurate estimate of the cost to complete the project as well as how long it'll take for the work to be done.
